I understand that most people don't want to give up their ways and grasp something good. They're called liberals. The fact of the matter is that clothing that shows off a girl's body is immodest. immodesty is directly linked to sexuality no matter how much anyone wants to think otherwise. Yes, a short skirt and low top do make you a whore. And girls who aren't married shouldn't be displaying their bodies or being sexually active. Girls always complain that guys look in the wrong places but they are the ones making themselves a piece of meat. True, guys should have the decency but it's not we go looking for it; if we did, all we would have to do is walk down any street in the world. (except for Amish towns) I honestly don't care who wants to argue because here are the facts, immodesty begets sexuality. Sexuality begets hurt, stress, ext. And those things beget many, many, many problems.

I don't think that she's saying that girls shouldn't explore their sexuality; I believe what people are missing is that the modesty movement is aiming to show girls that they can explore their femininity and sexuality without becoming immodest or explicit about it. As for the boys, well... has anyone mentioned them yet? That's a group society as a whole has left out regarding modesty and sexuality- not just those of faith.

People over 25 begin to lose their memories about how things actually were when they were younger.
60s had jeans and halter tops.70s had halter tops and hot pants. 80s ripped jeans and belly shirts.
In those decades, there was a lot of sexual kids too.
And as for kids bodys maturing earlier now? That's rediculous! I seem to remember several well built girls when I was a 7th grader!
